VinoBook is an iPhone and iPad app for wine connoisseurs who want to keep track of their wine collection. The iOS app lets you store your collection on a searchable database that you can access anytime on your iPhone or iPad. This is a perfect companion for anyone who appreciates tasting wines from around the world and discovering new wine flavors.

The app lets you add and sort your wines according to criteria such as vineyard, appellation, rack, name and vintage date. You can add the country the wine is from and also specify the address if you want. There’s also a rating system which lets you rate each wine according to taste and add comments describing each wine.

For those of you who want to keep a visual record of your collection, you can upload a photo of your wines and add it to your wine database. For every wine you add, there’s an option to purchase it using the app’s wine store which contains an extensive collection of both vintage and contemporary wines that can be purchased directly from the supplier. You also get a list of related wines so you can explore new wines similar to the ones you already have.

After your wines have been added to the database, you can search through your collection by looking for wines with specific properties. There’s a section of the app called My Cellar which provides you with details about your entire wine collection. This section lets you see how many wines are in your collection, the different colors of your wines, and the production dates. You can also perform an appraisal of your wine collection and determine how much your collection is worth in the event you want to sell any of your wines.

VinoBook is available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish and costs 4.49 € from the app store. Once you buy a copy of the app, you can use it on both your iPhone and iPad without having to pay extra for both versions.
