High Noon Jonny is a western themed shooter for iPhone and iPod touch. This new app will have players facing opponents in a quick draw gunfight reminiscent of classic western stand offs. Players must use quick reflexes and proper timing to draw their weapons and take down their opponent with a single tap. Draw your weapon before your opponent and you’ll survive to the next round. Hesitate for a millisecond and you’ll be dead before you know it. With four different modes to choose from, this is the ultimate shooter challenge for iOS.
Select between classic mode, freestyle mode, duelling mode or phantom showdown. In classic mode, you must wait for the bell ring and outdraw your opponent to win. Freestyle mode adds a bluff to the mix. If your opponent pulls out a rose, don’t shoot. If he pulls out a gun, make sure you take the first shot before he does.
In duelling mode, you have to wait for your opponent to walk away from you and then shoot as soon as he turns around. Shoot too early or too late and you’ll lose. Finally, in Phantom showdown mode there is no opponent. Instead, you have to guess where your opponent will show up out of six different places on screen. Make the right choice and you win. Players can also keep track of their scores using game center and unlock various achievements along the way.
This app is available for $0.99 at the iTunes App Store and is recommended for anyone looking for a good western shooter for their iPhone or iPod touch.

Freestyle Mode – Face off with Jonny mano a mano just like you do in Classic mode, but watch out because he might just bluff you into losing. Players start out as greenhorns in each mode but can work their way up to Deputy, Sheriff, & Legend in each mode by saving 10, 15, & 25 consecutive winning showdowns in each mode.
