AppDictions App Review
For many people and ordinary students, there's nothing more stressful than the thought of mathematics. Apart from the gifted, these students find the concepts elusive and the functions increasingly confusing.
The good thing is, there is one surefire way to conquer the field of mathematics – good old-fashioned studying coupled with just as old-fashioned practice. It works every time, difficult as it may be. Practice makes perfect, as they say.
Another good thing? StudyPad, Inc. has made the hard work seem less hard and more fun by developing an application for youngsters called Splash Man. The new app is basically a workbook for those in third grade level.
This educational tool is extremely comprehensive, covering a variety of math topics such as addition, subtraction, fractions, geometry and so much more. It boasts 16 chapters with more than 200 math skills to hone and a seemingly endless number of problems that even you might have a bit of trouble with. Splash Math will definitely sharpen the children's minds, just by sheer persistence if necessary.
The interactive nature of the application will encourage the child to keep at it, even when the problems may be a little difficult. Even youngsters will be able to manage navigating in the app, with plenty of pictures and easy drag and drop concept.
Splash Math's colorful images are perfect for young users, making the usually tedious study time more fun – almost like a game. Plus, the app does not pressure children to learn quickly and decisively. Users are encouraged to learn at their own pace, with three difficulty levels that will unlock when you're ready. It starts at the Easy level so as not to overwhelm the child.
Whatever pace they may be going, parents (or guardians) may keep track of the progress of the kid by customizing the app so it can send you emails about it.

"This app is very educational and has a vast amount of content. It would be a nice app for those studying 3rd grade math. I also think it would be an excellent app used over summer break for those who have completed 3rd grade, as students typically lose more than 2 months of knowledge over this extended holiday." – Giggle Apps (www.giggleapps.com)
