SociaLink iPhone and iPad App Brings Innovation to Social Media

SociaLink is a social networking app for iPhone and iPad designed to make connecting with your friends easier. Once you’ve connected at least one of your profiles, you are greeted with a very minimalistic interface which only has two buttons with Link and Email written on them. Tapping on Link opens up a message asking you to enable your device’s Bluetooth so that the app can search for other iPads, iPhones, or iPod touches around you.

When a device has been found, you can send your details through a link to the recipient’s device and vice versa. The entire process, from the moment a device is located to the moment you receive your friend’s link takes only a couple seconds to complete which is a good thing especially if you’re in hurry and don’t have time to write down all of your friend’s details.

In addition to using the Link button, you can also select the Email option to send your user profile links to users who don’t have the app installed on their device. When this option is selected the recipient will get an email containing your link as well as a link to download the app so that you can share your profiles through the app in the future.

Although this is a relatively simple app, in terms of design and feature set, it’s a very useful tool that will make finding your friends a lot easier and faster. This is a real time saver if you’re looking for an effective way to connect with your friends.
