AppDictions App Review
Looking for a physics and chemistry app with a mountain of information? The Physics Chemistry Maths Formulas: Formula MAX is your answer. My initial concern was organization. There is so much information and I wondered how Mallow Technologies was going to make this easy for the end-user. Luckily, my fears were in vein. This app is extremely well organized. The clean, intuitive interface (what else would you expect from a math and physics app?) lists the subjects which are neatly organized into icons on the bottom of your devices screen.

There are over 1100 formulas and values. I am not going to bore you with all of the topics, but here is a brief overview:=

Math subjects include algebra, calculus and (I had never even heard of this) discrete Mathematics. Some Physics topics include heat, light, relativity, sound and mechanics of solids and fluids Chemistry topics include atomic structure, periodic classification and physical and organic chemistry. In addition, the developer, Mallow Technologies, promises to include even more formulas in future updates.

You remember the periodic table, right? Well that’s included too in case you forgot 90% of the elements like me. Additional features include various calculators and the ability to email pages. Another example of organization is the favorites tab – even there are neatly broken down into sub-categories. The search feature can be a bit cumbersome, but it is extremely robust and a critical app feature.

We see this as extremely useful for students and teachers for that matter. The Physics Chemistry Maths Formulas: Formula MAX iPhone app adds up (sorry, couldn’t help the pun!)
