MetaTrader 4 has been one of the first Forex Trading app names mentioned when speaking with our stock junky friends, and now we get to test drive the app first hand. MetaTrader 4 is a powerful Forex trading platform available on the iPhone and iPad.  Once you have established an account or logged in using one of over 600 broker servers, you are all set to go to work a la Gordon Gecko.

MetaTrader 4 provides a plethora of information and real-time quotes displayed intuitively, and also does well by supporting multiple languages, and provides tons of charts – as any aggressive trader can attest, charts and stock history information are essential.

MetaTrader 4 Forex Trading Platform App Gameplay:

The MetaTrader platform allows you to easily chart stock information in using either a simple or advanced tab. You can easily execute trades or view and compare worldwide currencies. This is one of my favorite utilities and the dollar is so volatile in today's world, this app allows you to stay on top of real-time information.

The app does well to breakdown all of your past trading history and allows you to sort by month, week, or daily activity.

MetaTrader 4 Forex Trading Platform Appearance & Layout:

Simplistic on the front end and powerful technology on the back end, MetaTrader 4 provides a breadth of stock trading information in an uncluttered and simple to read interface. The five main navigational tabs appear on across the bottom of the device with a majority of the screen displaying the information the user has selected. You won't notice any discernible difference between the iPhone and iPad versions except for the screen size, but the power lies in the data.
