As a homebuyer, it’s important that you know about all the potential hazards your house may face before moving in. With the DisclouserSave NHD app, you can get all the information you need and save yourself valuable time and money in the process.
DisclosureSave has been providing hazard disclosure reports to real estate agents and homeowners since 1999. The company delivers services that are compliant with state-wide property laws and offers home warranty plans through their partnership with Home Warranty of AmericaTM. Their latest app allows residents in California to order reports, check listing information, access historical data, and more.
Before using the app, you’ll need to create an account on DisclosureSave’s website. The process is fairly detailed, but it doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes to fully complete. Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to log into the app with your email address or Facebook account. In the home screen, you’ll have the option of selecting between ListingCheckTM, New Order, Order History, and Account Executive.
The most useful option is ListingCheckTM. Selecting it allows you to order comprehensive disclosure reports for any property listing in the state of California. The reports include information ranging from earthquake hazards, wildfires, floods and more. Once you tap on the order button, you’ll receive your report in less than 15 minutes, which is pretty impressive considering the amount of detail in each report.
If you want to change your order method, you can tap on the New Order option in the main menu and update it from there. Under the Order History option, you’ll be able to see all of your previous listing reports and NHD orders. You can also share any of your reports with your associates by entering their email address on the listing screen.
DisclosureSave NHD’s ease of use and extensive reporting makes it a must-have for any real estate professional or homeowner in California. The app is free to download from the iTunes app store for devices with iOS 8.0 or later.
