HotDoc App Document Manager For the iPad
Being able to view your files hassle-free anywhere and anytime is one of the most significant benefits of owning an iOS device. When it comes to file management for iPad, HotDoc is an indispensible app that every user can benefit from no matter your file management needs.
HotDocs provides a complete solution for handling and viewing files in their native formats on your iPad. The app supports most popular file formats including PDF, TXT, HTML, RTF, RTFD, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. This app also doubles as an image viewer with the added benefit of being able to support JPEG, GIF, PNG and TIFF files at full resolution.
In addition to having standard features such as document zooming and document search functions, there are also a set of other not-so-standard features that make this app stand out. One in particular is the ability to export your files to Dropbox and send them directly to your email within HotDocs. This is all done through the built-in WebDAV server which works seamlessly during the entire process.
The user interface is also fairly easy to navigate. You can create folders, sub folders and make editions to your document directly through FileDoc’s interface. There are options for users to add text notes or make highlights to different sections of within each document.
However, this is just the tip of the ice berg. To give you a better idea of just how extensive this app is, there is a full user manual containing over 60 pages of instructions explaining all the features in depth! For an app that costs only $0.99, this is incredible value for money. With that being said, there’s no reason not to have this app installed on your iPad.

HotDoc is an app for intuitive and easy management of documents on the iPad. When programming, we attached great importance to the ergonomic and aesthetic user interface. The target we set ourselves was to utilize the maximum comfort and performance potential that iPad has to offer. HotDoc was mainly developed to fulfill the following tasks: ● Clearly structured management of office files that can be viewed on iPad (PDF, TXT, HTML, RTF, RTFD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Keynote, Numbers, Pages and Pictures: JPG / JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, TIFF) ● Very intuitive structuring of documents (moving the documents and files with finger gestures) ● Archiving of e-mails as PDF documents ● Archiving of e-mail attachments ● Creating and editing text files (*.txt) with program's own editor ● Storage media for various files The program functions and features of HotDoc in detail: We intend to soon implement additional functionalities. In programming them we will certainly take your requests and suggestions into consideration. It will be our priority to include them in the implementation. We would like you to inform us immediately of any deficiencies and errors you find so that we can rectify them.
