AppDictions App Review
RPGs, also known as role-playing games, are some of the most popular kinds of applications these contemporary times. This is not surprising, given that it allows the players to embark on epic adventures that are unlikely—if not impossible—to happen in real life. This is why so many developers are designing a multitude of modern games to cater to players of all ages.
Max Power Studios has released an exciting new application that will certainly tickle children’s fancy. The game, Max Power Adventures, is a journey into the magical countryside filled with memorable characters and vivid landscapes.
Basically, the game revolves around the hero Max Power, who is on a mission to save Princess Ceksie from Mr. Evil who kidnapped her. It is not exactly a brand new storyline, but the important thing is to see whether the gameplay holds up to the concept.
Max Power Adventures is an amazing game that will take you through an equally amazing story. This is one where the journey is relayed comprehensively to the player. Some people might not enjoy it, but others will love the extensive storytelling.
The actual journey of the team is very exciting, but the highlight of Max Power Adventures lies in the rapport of the members. For fictional characters, they are incredibly fun to watch. They come with an arsenal of witty dialogue and hilarious quips. Geared towards the youth, there is never an absence of laughs in this RPG.
The game pops out with incredibly bright and colorful graphics. Children will probably find the illustrations delightful. Adults on the other hand, might feel the graphics are just a little bit dated. This is a minor issue though, since otherwise, the interface of Max Power Adventures is clean and easy to navigate.
Max Power Adventures is an RPG available at the App Store for $2.99. It is compatible with the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch.
One day, in the beautiful country of Castle Land, the (not so) dreaded Mr. Evil kidnaps the (very) cute and (not so) timid Princess Ceksie! The heroic (but not very modest) Max Power, whose only goal in life is to become a great video game hero (no matter how and at what cost), decides to gather his (rather lame) friends and form a (somewhat dubious) battalion to save the day!
Help Max and his friends (or tools, as he calls them) wage battle against their foes in 15 exciting missions to rescue the poor Princess Ceksie, in one of the funniest stories ever written for a video game!
