Whether you’re looking for a paleo food database, an app to quickly calculate zone blocks or a list of bodyweight workouts you can track then Food RX is the app for you. Praised for its ease-of-use, Food RX, simplifies the daunting task of thinking about and searching for foods – use the database to determine whether foods are paleo or a favorable choice.
Version 1.31 has the added ability to visually track your nutrition, WOD’s (workout of the day), and weight – three great looking progress bars display this data on the user profile. Additionally, this view lists the users completed workouts, displays their daily meal summary and displays the newly added user profile, which is where you can set a goal for your weight.
The next update will be submitted this week. It will include an additional 6800 foods, social media posting and dropbox integration. Food RX is currently working on these additional features: ability to track your daily water consumption, detailed nutritional data displayed in a food label graphic, some cool user interface upgrades and a few others.
The newest features currently made available on Food RX version 1.31 include the following:
-Keep track of your weight & set a goal for your weight
-Great looking progress bars to visualize your data
-Log proteins, carbs & fats consumed
-Log completed WOD’s
