First Sight iPhone and iPad App Will Keep You Entertained for hours

Looking for a fun way to pass the time on your iPhone or iPad? If so, First Sight is an strategy app you should try. This strategy game app will have you using your guessing skills to put together interesting words that will not only keep you entertained but also help you discover new words and improve your vocabulary.

Your objective is to try and guess the word that is associated with a picture that shows up. The pictures are hidden behind a grid so you have to tap on each square on the grid to unlock different sections of the picture. Once you’ve unblocked all the squares or as many as you need to make an accurate guess of what the picture is of, you then have to write the word that best describes the picture and the app will tell you whether or not your guess is correct.

You can select between six different difficulty levels which require you to guess more complex images at each level. There’s an easy difficulty which gives you a 4×4 grid and relatively easy words to guess, a simple difficulty which includes a 4×5 grid and slightly more difficult words, a medium difficulty with a 5×5 grid, a challenging difficulty with a 5×6 grid, a hard difficulty with a 6×6 grid and an extreme difficulty with a 6×7 grid to image to guess.

The app also has a multiplayer option which lets you connect with your friends and host games online. Multiplayer works in the same way as the single player mode except this time players have to play against each other and try to guess the most words. Players can also upload pictures from their own image library and create their own words.

First Sight is $0.99 from iTunes and is fully compatible with iPhone and iPad.
