Manager Your Household Medical Plans with Family Med Track iPhone and iPad App

Family Med Track is a health app for iPhone and iPad designed to give your family members a way of keeping track of their medical prescriptions. This simple app provides an elegant solution for monitoring medication requirements and is useful if you constantly find yourself trying to remember when to take your pills.

To add a family member simply tap on the “+” icon on the top right corner of the screen and you’ll be prompted to enter the details of each member.  You can then enter in medications for multiple people – children, adults, even pets. After adding a family member’s name to the list, you’ll be able to add reminders, medications, conditions/allegories, and doctors.

Selecting the reminders option allows you to add multiple remainders for each medication. You can set the reminder to go off every day, every other day, weekly, monthly, or every two weeks depending on your prescriptions. In addition to being able to set the frequency of the reminder, you can also add a specific reminder time for each of your medications.

Once a reminder has been enabled, it is send to the history section where it can be viewed again for your own reference. You can also set the snooze time and notification sounds by changing options from the settings menu. Family Med Track is compatible with any device running iOS 5.1 or later and costs $2.99 from the iTunes app store.
