Comixon the unique photo editing app

Have you ever imagined what your life would be like if you were the star of a comic book? If so, Comixon might be what you’re after. This unique photo editing app gives you the ability to transform real-life events into a comic that you can share with friends. It’s the fastest way to turn your ordinary photos into something extraordinary.

After signing up for an account, you can view all the comics submitted by other users and add your comments and likes to any one of them. Tapping on the icon on the top right corner of the screen opens up a menu where you can view all the people you’re following, add authors to follow and connect your account to your social media profiles.

To create a comic of your own, tap on the toggle icon on the app’s top menu and follow the on-screen prompts to create your comic strip frames. Each frame contains an image and a text bubble for adding your unique texts. You can retake images in each frame by tapping on the “x” button and tap on “done” to finish editing your comic.

There are several bubble styles to choose from, ranging from the classic cloud bubble to the eccentric explosion text bubble. Adding text and editing the bubble is a relatively intuitive process thanks to the well-labeled user interface. There’s also an option to add art styles such as Lomo, Oldfilm, comer and maga. Each style gives your comic an authentic look that’s very similar to what you would see in a real comic book.

Published comic stops paper exclusively in the app’s newsfeed and on your personal age. You can delete them at any time and add hashtags to make it easier for people to find your comic strip.

Comixon is available as a free download in the iTunes app store for devices running iOS 8.0 or later.
