The Extreme Home Workout is perfect for anyone lacking the dedication or membership for the gym. This section features 14 comprehensive exercises anyone can do without any exercise equipment at all.
Once you choose an area to work on, you will see a brief description detailing muscle group specifics and angles necessary to maximize potential, etc. To proceed from here you will need to purchase the full workout to view the comprehensive information, including exercise, techniques and how-to videos.
