Instantly, Birds Town iPhone and iPad game app has two things going for it; one, it's an heralded PC game turned game app, and two, birds has enjoyed more than fleeting success in the app genre! Developer JoyRocks delivers on this straightforward and fun catapult shooter featuring everyone's favorite feathered friends.

Bird's Town Game App Gameplay:

Unsure whether or not a group of birds is considered a flock; a "flock" or chain of birds descends upon various trails in one Bird's Town's over 100 levels. Your mission whether you choose to accept, is to deliver the colored bird in your catapult on the bottom of the playing area, inserting that colored bird into the chain of like colored birds. As you build chains you will score points and receive bonuses and help our bird friends rebuild birds town and rid it of pesky cats. Gameplay is simple, yet varied and certainly challenging at times, really upping the replay value. GameCenter and Leaderboard equipped, Bird's Town makes sure you can challenge friends and have plenty of opportunity for bragging rights, through the aforementioned boards as well as through social media.

While the game and objective in Bird's Town may be relatively simple, but the graphics and sounds are absolutely delightful.  Attractive characters and enjoyable arcade and casino like music and sound effects help reinforce the fun theme of the app. The tap controls are responsive and the action never lagging. There are but just a few settings to customize and you can get to playing rather quickly, enjoying the great graphics and sound.

Bird's Town will set you back just $0.99. When initially starting to play, I thought this was a fun and enjoyable boredom killer. After about a half an hour and several dozen boards later, I realized I may be hooked! Bird's Town offers a ton of simple fun for your dollar.
