If not already, you’ll become a fan of Korean food with Korean ma:tt. Korean ma:tt (taste) is a beautifully made digital magazine designed for the iPad. The Korean ma:tt magazine app is filled with interactive content in the form of image slideshows and videos and allows you to rotate the device and navigate easily by sliding and scrolling, returning to the navigation by tapping the screen. You’ll first notice the sharp graphics and close-up photographers which will wet your appetite immediately. The interface and layout is very feng shui and logical, as you would expect.

From the articles on fermented foods to the recipe for fried seaweed, Festivals to Korean greetings and expressions, Korean Food ma:tt covers a lot of territory (including two of my favorite foods;  Kimchi and Bulgolgi) in doing so, really captures the essence of Korean cooking and culture. The magazine is a easy and interesting read and you find yourself wanting to complete one section and scroll to the next to see what is waiting ahead.

Korean ma:tt  is a terrific resource and magazine for Korean food and culture and is available now at no cost in the app market.
